You may remember that in October I informed you of William teaching at this years Intuit Solution Provider (ISP) conference in Orlando, FL, and this week he was in Las Vegas teaching at the annual Sleeter Conference. At both events he was able to share with the attendees many of the QuickBooks Point of Sale (QBPOS) best practices and tips on extending its capabilities. William is considered one of the the country's leading expert advisors and was personally invited to teach at both seminars by the owners and directors.  He was able to visit with old friends and make new ones; networking with colleagues, industry experts, and hardware and software developers and service suppliers.

One of our clients could not print in QuickBooks Financial (QBF) this week. The solution was to rename the QBF file. QuickBooks recreated it and renamed it which solved the issue. Our client can print again.

Any time you have an issue or even just a question, do not hesitate to contact us to get expert help and solutions. We don't want you to be unclear on how to use QuickBooks or to struggle with an issue. There are too many more important aspects to managing your business. One of our clients tried for 4 days to overcome an issue on their own before calling us to assist.
